This 12-month package includes the Basic Service + Total Wellness Coaching (see Services). Sessions are 1 hour in length (1 session per month).

This 6-month service includes the Whole Leadership & Whole-Person Workplace group coaching program. Sessions are 90 minutes in length (1 session per week).
